The "Krautkramer SpotVision" is a phased array solution for quick, easy, and accurate spot welding inspection developed in collaboration with automotive manufacturers. With a flexible probe head and image-based spot welding inspection, it allows for quality assessment based on two elements: nugget diameter and thickness, enabling a better understanding of the welding process.
